Welcome to Kutti Story Photography. By booking a session or using our photography services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any booking.
1. Service Overview
Kutti Story Photography provides professional photography services including wedding photography, outdoor photography, maternity photography, baby photoshoots, product photography, and event photography.
All services are offered based on prior booking and availability.
2. Booking & Payments
- Bookings can be confirmed only after an advance payment as discussed during consultation.
- The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the shoot (unless otherwise agreed).
- Advance payments are non-refundable but can be adjusted towards a rescheduled session if informed in advance.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Clients may reschedule a session with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
- Kutti Story Photography reserves the right to reschedule due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., weather, equipment issues, health concerns).
4. Image Rights & Usage
- All images captured by Kutti Story Photography are the intellectual property of the studio.
- Clients will receive edited images as per the agreed package.
- The studio may use selected images for portfolio, website, or social media unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the shoot.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for being on time and cooperative during the photoshoot.
- Any additional requests (props, extra edits, or travel) may incur additional charges.
- Kutti Story Photography will not be responsible for delays caused by client unavailability or other personal reasons.
6. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to provide professional-quality services, Kutti Story Photography shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Madurai courts.
